Crofts/Adams/Pearse

The Crofts/Adams/Pearse Trio is one of Atlantic Canada’s most creative free music ensembles. They have been presented numerous times on the suddenlyLISTEN Series, at the Festival des Musiques de Création Jonquière, The Halifax Jazz Festival and Re:Flux Festival. Their music is spontaneous, colourful and filled with unexpected sounds and melodies.

In 2008 the Trio released their first CD, Sonomatopia, which was remastered and rereleased in 2011. In early 2011 the Trio recorded extensively with American drummer Gerry Hemingway.
