Rémy Bélanger de Beauport – Ville de Quebec: cello
Rémy Bélanger de Beauport is a facinating artist, having studied (music composition, theory, performance and math) and played and recorded in several location in Quebec over the past 15 years. Rémy has just returned to Canada after a year of living, collaborating and creating in Berlin, and is now eager to show the country the work he has done, and launch three new recordings in cluding a solo CD on the Ambiances Magnetique label. Rémy’s music is born from rock, classical music, poetry, politics, and math: come listen to him in the moment!
Joing Remy for a second set of music will be Halifax’s tower of bassness Lukas Pearse, The crown prince of the cello Norm Adams, and the always fantastic saxophonist and superman about town Nick Dourado!
