About the Event
HaliRiki is the meeting of musicians from Halifax and the rich improvised music scene of Rimouski, Quebec. Brandon Auger (objects, electronics), Antoine Létourneau-Berger (electronics, keyboard, percussion), Norm Adams (over-amplified cello) and Éric Normand (electric bass, effects) are a power quartet of improvisers making sound that builds from the quietest imaginable pin drop, to a warm, enveloping wave that comforts, until you realize you’ve been swept off your feet!
