This concert has been a several year-long journey! We have worked hard, and stayed focussed through complicated schedules and a certain pandemic to bring these three artists together. All three of our musicians are so skilled and expressive, their music can be refocussed to live in many forms, genres, and performance spaces. These are the kinds of music makers I admire most: All make a wide variety of sounds, some of which we recognize, some which are new to us. We feel comfortable, even as we are led into new territories through very musical paths. I love the potential for a musical journey to places I’ve never been, even as I’m settled in a seat at The Bus Stop Theatre! My ears can’t wait!
