Composer, sound designer, performer, and multi-instrumentalist Jackson Fairfax-Perry blends synths, samples, acoustic instruments, and effects in a distinctive approach to creating music. Jackson studied music composition at Dalhousie University, and later worked as sound designer and conductor for Dalhousie’s 2018 production, Drums and Organs. He has performed widely in Canada and abroad as a member of indie pop group Hillsburn. Jackson is currently working on the score for Adventures, an adaptation of Peter Pan, to be presented by Keep Good Theatre Company. He lives in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
